Ornate Daisies

Mint Macaron card base, with additional layers of Blueberry Bushel and Whisper White.  Ornate Borders Dies were used for the border.  Greeting from Meant to Be stamp set.  Daisy Lane and Thoughtful Blooms stamp set were used for the flowers. Rococco Rose was used for Daisies with Blueberry Bushel flowers around them.

Timeless Tulip Trio

What a beautiful greeting.  This set can be used for birthdays Mother"s Day or even sympathy.  Here is how I made the card.

I used a card base of Old Olive and layered it with Daffodil Delight. I then added a final layer of Whisper White 4 3/4" x 2 3/4".   Some Siver Metallic Edged Ribbon was used beneath the greeting.  I also used the Timeless Punch and dimensional.to attach the greeting to the card.

Bermuda Bay Moments

Love this new Stamp set from Stampin' Up!  I used a  Calypso Coral Card base with a layer of Bermuda Bay embossed with the High Seas 3D Embossing Folder.  I used the Stitch Framelits 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"   to stamp the image with the little girls.    Stampin" Blends used are Light Crumb Cake, Dark Crumb Cake, Light Smoky Slate, Light Bermuda Bay. Dark Bermuda Bay. Light Calypso Coral. Dark Calypso Coral., Ivory and Bronze.  Greeting uses the new Label Me Fancy Punch.and Peaceful Moments

Happy Anniversary Cake

This lovely cake stamp is also great for Anniversaries too.  Crushed Curry is the card base.  I used the Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder on the Pear Pizzazz layer.  Rich Razzleberry. Was used with a die from Nature's Thoughts. This die set is available in February.  I used the Sale-A-bration stamp set.  Happy Birthday to You and colored with Stampin’Blends. Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Rich Razzleberry were used.  I cut it out with another limited edition die.  The Birthday Dies are available also in February.  Greeting from Beautiful Bouquet and die cut Stitched Shape

Honey Bee and Crocus

Mango Melody card base with a layer of Whisper White showcases the Mango Melody top layer that is embossed with Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder.  Layering Oval Diesl and Stampin Blends in Soft Sea Foam Light, Mango Melody, Light and Dark. Purple Posy Light and Dark. Pineapple Punch Light and Dark create the next layer.  The bee and hello are from the Honey Bee stamp set

Honey Bee Pizzazz

Every time I think of the Honey Bee Stamp set, it reminds me of one of my favorite songs by Blake Shelton.  It is a happy songs and these Honey Bees make me smile. 

Pear Pizzazz card base and a Layer of Crushed Curry make the background of this card.    I love that so many stamp sets now have matching dies. 

Forever Blossoms Birthday

whisper White card base with a layer of Shaded Spruce then more Whisper White.  Stamps used are Forever Blossoms and a new Sale-a-bration stamp Happy Birthday to You.  Ink is Memento Tuxedo Black.  Stampin Blends used are Light and Dark Petal Pink and Light Shaded Spruce. 

Season's Greetings

Shaded Spruce Cardbase and Whisper White cardstock are used to create this winter card.  Ink pads used are Soft Suede, Balmy Blue and Shaded Spruce.  This stamp set and coordinating Peaceful Boughs dies are a must have set.  

Wonderful Time of Year

Mint Macaron and Poppy Parade look gorgeous together.  I embossed the Poppy Parade cardstock with the Winter Knit embossing folder.  The greeting is also from the Free Skate stamp set and was stamped I with Mint Macaron ink.  I used the Timeless Label Punch to cut out the greeting.  The skates were colored with Basic Black Stampin' Blends on heel.  I also used Soilver Foil sheets for blade.  

Countdown to Christmas

So glad to create a new post.  I have been having trouble with both the watermark app and the blogging app. Tried using. Both today and everything seems to be working again. Today's card uses the stamparatus with the gorgeous images in the Countdown to Christmas

 Poppy Parade was used for card base.  ink colors are Balmy Blue. P.oppyb Parade and Pretty Peackock. Greeting from Toile Christmas.  Also used Pretty Peacock Stampin' Blends.

Mother's Day Florals

This blog post will feature a stamp set from the new annual catalog that will be available June 4, 2019.  I used the new stamp set A Little Lace.  We started with a card base of Merry Merlot and a layer of Blushing Bride card stock was added to the base.   I stamped the flower design in Merry Merlot.  I used Stampin' Blends in Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green and Crumb Cake to color the image.  The greeting is from the Paper Pumpkin kit from April 2019 and it is also stamped in Merry Merlot.  I completed the card using Merry Merlot and the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch.

Best Catch in the Bay

My card base is Pool Party.  A beautiful color that I don't use often enough.  I did a lot of masking on this card,  I started the card by positioning the fisherman just right of the  approximate center of the card.  I then stamped the house stamp in the lower left corner.   I stamped both of these stamps again on posted notes and fussy cut them out to create mask. I put the mask over my stamped images to protect them when I stamped my water.    I added the water from High Tide over the masked image.  I used Memento Tuxedo Black for stamping.  I removed the mask and colored with my  Stampin' Blends.   I used Dark Pool Party for the water.   For the fisherman I used Dark Night of Navy for pants.  I also used Crumb Cake for hat, boots and bags.  The house is colored in Light Calypso Coral,  with a Crumb Cake roof.  The windows used a little Light Pineapple Punch.  the house further away was colored with Soft Suede.  Smoky Slate for Steps and Old Olive Stampin' Blends for grass and bushes.  I stamped the moon from the High Tide stamp set in Pineapple Punch.  I then masked the sun, fisherman and the house.  I also masked a horizon line.  I used a sponged brayer to create sky.  I started with Balmy Blue.  I decided I wanted a darker sky, so I then added Blueberry Bushel until I got a dark  sky area.   I removed my mask and added the birds over the moon area.   Then I added the greeting with Dimensionals.  

Razzleberry Lilies for Easter

Stampin' Up Rich Razzleberry lilies for Easter with Granny Apple Green leaves.  Greeting from His Grace.  The font on this stamp set is beautiful.  Don't you just love the Distinktive stamp sets!  Shading and Highlighting on the same stamp.   I used  the stamps with the Stamparatus to make this lily card.  Another beautiful stamp set that will be retiring at the end of March.  Don't miss out

Painted Seasons in Berry Burst

I wanted to showcase this wonderful set from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.  This card features the soon to be retiring Berry Burst paper and ink.   I also used Coastal Cabana ink  for some of the flowers on card.  I used the Lace Dynamics Textured Impressions Embossing folder on Whisper White for background design.   Greeting is from the stamp set Golden Afternoon  and it is cut out with Stitched Labels Framelits.  Don't let this stamp set slip away.  It  is available only until the end of this month.

Someone Left a Gate Open

Let it Ride is gorgeous stamp set for horse lovers, and also a great stamp for masculine cards.   Night of Navy was used for card base and it is layered with Crumb Cake.   Did you see the design on the Crumb Cake?  That is the new background stamp called Crackle Paint.  I used Soft Suede ink to make the crackle design.    This card was adapted from a sample that was made at a card buffet.   We used Home to Roost  stamp set with this same background design and Burlap Ribbon.  For this card I spritz blue for the sky, but most of mine went behind where I wanted to stamp the horse.  This turned ourt to be a happy accident,  It made him look like he was kicking up water.  Shaded Spruce was used for the trees and Light and Dark Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends were used on the horse.  I sponged the edge with Crumb Cake ink.  This stamp set would make a great addition to your Stampin' Up collection.

Painted Seasons

I thought of you today.   Who wouldn't want to receive a card with this greeting.   This card features Berry Burst and Soft Sea Foam.  The Greeting is from Climbing Roses and uses the retired framelits that match this stamp set.  I also used the Dot to Dot embossing folder on the Berry Burst card base. 

Then I layered it with Whisper White using the Stitched Rectangle framelits.  I cut out the succulent plants using the matching Four Season Framelits.

Fable Friends and Golden Afternoon

Granny Apple Green card base embossed with Layered Leaves Textured Embossing Folder.  I stamped the trees with Memento Ink Tuxedo Black.  I used a Blender Pen and colored leaves with Granny Apple Green.   I used Soft Suede and Early Espresso for tree trunk.   I sponged So Saffron in some of the white space on the card.  I cut out using Stitched Rectangle Framelits.    Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon completed the first layer.  Greeting is from Birthday Cheer and cut out using Stitched Labels Framelits.    The bunny from Fable Friends was stamped also with Tuxedo Black Ink on another Stitched Rectangle.  I used Stampin' Blends Granny Apple Green for the cute little jacket.  Bunny is in Soft Suede and inside ears are Petal Pink Stampin' Blends.

A Bunny for Baby

I recently needed a card for an upcoming baby shower.  I chose the cute bunny from Fable Friends.  .  Dot to Dot embossing folder goes perfect with the Fable Friends stamp set.  I once again chose Lemon Lime Twist for my layering piece and Fresh Fig for my card base. I used some retired ribbon that was recently in the clearance rack for my tag.  The tag was cut using the Detailed Birthday Edgelits.   The bunny was colored using Stampin' Blends Smoky Slate, Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink.   

More Golden Afternoon

I am loving the new stamp Golden Afternoon.  I keep finding other stamp sets that I want to combine with this stamp.  Today I pulled out the Foxy Friends and Calypso Coral ink for the fox.   The trees from Golden Afternoon were colored with Stampin' Blends Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Old Olive.  The Greeting from Birthday Cheer.

Classic Car

Blueberry Bushel and Balmy Blue are perfect for this Father's Day card.  I am working on card ideas for a card buffet that I am hosting with my upline this weekend.  I knew Geared Up Garage was gong to be one of the stamp sets that I used.  I am pleased with the results.  I used Maps Etc. embossing folder on Balmy Blue for my layering piece.   I also used Blueberry Bushed ribbon, and Silver Foil Sheets that I added Black Stazon to tarnish.  I love that so many stamp sets now have matching thinlits.  I used Garage Gear thinlits to cut out car, greeting and gears.
