Cupcake Treats

Whisper White card base layered with Gorgeous Grape and How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper.
I stamped the greeting from the Sweetest Thing stamp set and cut it out with the Jar of Sweets Framelits  I used another sheet of Designer Series Paper to cut out the cupcake edgelit.  I cut the cupcakes apart and only used two of them for this card.  I used the outline die of the  cupcake, and cut  it out with designer series paper.  I then cut it at the mid point to look like frosting and placed it behind the cupcake.  The background shows thru as the paper liner for my cupcake

Flowers and Candy

Have you checked out the Sale-a-bration items?   The Country Floral Embossing folder creates beautiful details for your card.   I used Fresh Fig for my card base and added a layer of Whisper White using this embossing folder.   I stamped the greeting on a 1/2" piece of scrap and wrapped around the embossed layer.   I stamped the candy dishes with Fresh Fig and added the candy pieces.  I pulled out my Stampin'  Blends and added random colors to the  candy pieces.    This stamp set was not on my wish list when the catalog was released but, I am so so glad I added it to my last order.   Sale-a-bration ends on March 31, 2019 and some items have already sold out.  Place a $50 order before tax and shipping and you can choose the Country Floral Embossing folder as your Sale-a-bration item.

Sweet Celebration

Melon Mambo card base layered with  Designer Series Paper from How Sweet It Is/  This card is quick to make.   I stamped the greeting on a scrap of whisper white 1/2" wide.  and wrapped it around the designer series paper.  I added candy pieces from Jar of Sweets Framelits in Whisper White, Gorgeous Grape and Coastal Cabana.

Bright Birthday

Melon Mambo Card base layered with Gorgeous Grape and  Designer Series Paper from How Sweet It Is.  Greeting from Coastal Cabana Card stock and stamped with Gorgeous Grape,  Border detail stamped with Melon Mambo Ink.  I cut this out with Jar of Sweet Framelits   I added a strip of Metallic Edge Ribbon in Whisper White.  Additional candy pieces cut from the Jar of Sweet Framelits.  I used some Epoxy droplets that were recently in the clearance rack

Triple Time Technique

First time trying this fun technique.  I randomly stamped flowers in Pineapple Punch, Grapefruit Grove, Crushed Curry and Mango Melody on card stock.     I used Soft Suede for center of some flowers.    Card Base is Grapefruit Grove.  I used Rectangle Stitched Framelits for layers.  Bow cut from Doily Builder Thinlits.   Greeting  from Tea Together and cut out with Jar of Sweets Framelits

 

Pastel Birthday

Coastal Cabana Card Base.   I added Whisper white using Happy Birthday Thinlits.   Detailed Birthday Edgelits is also cut with Whisper White.  Cupcake Base is also Coastal Cabana and the Icing uses Blushing Bride cardstock.  I found a small scrap of retired Strawberry Slush that I used for heart and cherry.  Lovely Lipstick, Melon Mambo are great current catalog colors that would work for heart and cherry details.

Lemon Lime Twist Card

Another card featuring the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper.  I choose this lovely print featuring Lemon Lime Twist for my background.  I love the Stitched Season Framelits that are in the Clearance Rack.  Greeting is from Southern Serenade.  I added three of the stems from Dear Doily stamp set and used Doily Builder Thinlits to cut out.   . I then  cut out a ribbon using a scrap of the Botanical Butterfly paper using the reverse side that features black and white designs.   The Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper  is one  of the Level 1 items that you can choose from in the Sale-A-Bration brochure.  These items are free when you spend $50.00 on products before tax and shipping,

Beautiful Butterflies

I love any thing with butterflies on it.  The Sale-A-bration Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper has gorgeous butterflies in spring colors with reverse side in a black and white design.  I admit I don't usually use Designer Series Paper on my cards.  I love stamping too much!!!  So this time I tried minimal stamping and just used Butterfly Beauty Thinlits as my accent design.  The colors are Grapefruit Grove with Basic Black.  I added the Black Glittered Organdy ribbon.  Greeting is from Detailed with Love stamp set and punched out with Tailored Tags Punch.  I added Grapefruit Grove around edge of tag with dauber.

Scrappy Valenitne

I started the card with the leaves border from the Wonderful Floral Framelits.  I had Coastal Cabana pieces left from another project.  I added the three Blushing Bride hearts from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits.  I also used some flowers from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits and Lovely Flowers Edgelits.   I cut the stems off some of the Blushing Bride flowers to get the look I wanted.    I scattered them around and attached after I was satisfied with the layout.  I added pearls for accent to some of the flowers.

Scrappy Hearts and Flowers

I have used several of the new Thinlits, Framelits etc on this card. They include   Lovely Flowers Edgelits, Be Mine Stitched Framelits, Rose Trellis Thinlits.  I used scraps of Blushing Bride and Coastal Cabana.  Card base is Lovely Lipstick.  I scattered the die cuts randomly around the heart gluing down as I was pleased with the layout.I finished the card with pears in the center of the five petal flower.
